Every session at Serene Valley is a personalised, multi-modality healing experience designed to nurture your mind, body and spirit. Unlike a traditional standalone Reiki treatment, your session intuitively brings together a combination of energy healing, crystal therapy, sound healing and spiritual healing practices, guided by Spirit and Angelic Guidance to support your individual needs.
As a holistic and spiritual therapist in Townsville, my approach recognises that our physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual wellbeing are deeply interconnected. By working across these different levels, each session offers an opportunity for relaxation, self-discovery, emotional release and personal transformation.
