Begin your daily spiritual practices with gratitude and awareness. As you awaken, take a few moments to express gratitude for the gift of a new day. To begin with, writing gratitude for 3 things is achievable and you can expand from there. They can be as grand as scoring that new job, buying a new car or home, or as simple as a smile from a stranger. The act of putting your gratitude into words can amplify its effects, fostering a sense of positivity and abundance in your life.


Connect with your breath, feeling the life force within you. Mindful breathing and a moment of thanks set a positive tone for the day ahead. Abraham Hicks tells us that if you can hold onto a positive thought or feeling for just 17 seconds, you’ll set in motion a chain reaction of positive energy that will attract increasing levels of positivity into your life.


Incorporate Daily Spiritual Practices into your Morning Meditation

Dive into the stillness of your being through morning meditation to enhance your daily spiritual practices. Whether it's a guided meditation, chanting a mantra, or just bringing your attention to your breath, this practice can help centre your mind, increase clarity, and create inner peace. Practice your morning yoga without a mat outdoors, lie on the grass, hug a tree. If you can’t make it outdoors due to the weather or time restrictions, ground yourself during meditation. Imagine huge tree roots growing down from your sit bones or your feet and going deep into the Earth. Grounding techniques help centre yourself, release excess energy, and invite a sense of stability and balance.




Journaling for Reflection

Set aside time in the morning to journal your thoughts, dreams, aspirations and your gratitude to the Universe. Reflecting on your feelings and expressing thanks can bring clarity to your mind, making room for positive energy and creativity. Journaling is a profound way to explore your inner world and foster self-awareness.
